Invisalign®: How does it work?

Before you can begin your Invisalign® treatment you will have a consultation with our specialist, Dr Daher.

If you are a suitable candidate for the Invisalign® treatment and you decide that it is the right option for you, the process begins:

	Dr. Daher will carefully write a detailed treatment plan for your particular needs with specific instructions to the Invisalign® team. We will then take an impression of your teeth so that an exact replica model of your bite can be made. This model is sent to Invisalign® with an order for a full set of customized aligners.
	When Invisalign® receives your model and treatment plan from Dr. Daher, they will begin manufacturing your aligners. Your aligners are custom made just for you with advanced 3-D computerized technology. Each set of aligners is designed to gently move your teeth little by little, in the way determined by Dr. Daher's treatment plan, in order to create the smile you've always wanted.
	You wear each pair of aligners for a two-week period, allowing your teeth to gradually evolve into a smile that shows off the real you. We will monitor your progress approximately every eight to ten weeks. The total treatment length varies, depending on your dental condition and the severity of your case. But often, a full program of treatment takes less than one year
